Guantanamo .- The more  the U.S. Supreme Court strive to reject petitions for reviewing of the case of the Cuban Five unjustly imprisoned in that country, the international movement that condemns the arbitrary decision emerge  strongly and the truth is more exposed to be disseminated in that country itself as well as around the world.

The only way to do justice in this rigged process is to free immediately Gerardo Hernandez, Ramon Labanino Salazar, Antonio Guerrero Rodriguez, Rene Gonzalez Sehwerert and Fernando Gonzalez Llort, sentenced in U.S. to terms of up to two life sentences.

Their only crime was to penetrate terrorist organizations that operate with impunity in Miami, in order to alert and prevent criminal actions against Cuba and even against the own Americans.

The decision of the North American legislature has been of the sultriest acts of the judicial system of that country autoraised like " the most democratic of the world " in its history.

Cuba is counting on the moral of having endured for half-century the most cruel economic, commercial and financial blockade that any people has ever lived and that fact of having endured also all types of aggression by a so blackmailer enemy who does not consider this situation as a war.

In the meantime, the confessed terrorist Luis Posada Carriles was exonerated of any guilt on a trial for "liar" and he is walking freely in Miami along with part of the band of his followers.

The Cuban Five are incarcerated for nearly 13 years now,  they serve the double jeopardy of not being allowed to receive visits from their closest relatives, among other indignities that show the double standards of the United States government, the same as in the name of fighting terrorism has invaded nations.

Gerardo Hernandez himself claimed that the last word is neither the one of the Supreme Court, jurisprudence nor the government of the White House, now represented by Barack Obama, but that one of all the good people in Cuba, the United States and the world, voices coming like an avalanche to the ears of many others to be heard in the right measure.

As outlined in the declaration of young people in Cuba: "The fight for the truth and justice prevails now will not stop multiplying. Our arguments and strong evidence that judges did not consider, as well as claims of prestigious people in and outside the United States that came as ever, constitute a spot on the government of the world's powerful nation, which can hardly be supported or ignored.”
