CUBA, CULTURE AND CONTINUITY!

Dear Sisters/Brothers;

We would like you to stay tuned for the detailed program of our upcoming forum titled CUBA, CULTURE AND CONTINUITY! 

As the U.S. government is leaving no stones unturned to suffocate the Cuban people into submission; and bring the revolution and its conquests down with the dagger of tariffs on any country daring to bring energy/oil supplies to Cuba; we can witness how the Cuban revolutionary leadership with its ears to the ground is mobilizing the society in all its sectors to lessen the effects of the genocidal U.S. blockade!

And central to the mass mobilizations in Cuba has been, is and will be the preservation of the culture nourished by the revolution and the history of Cuba best manifested in Jose Marti's Homeland is Humanity[Patria es Humanidad]! As we can see how during these very trying times; thousands upon thousands of youths from around the world are still studying medicine and other sciences without paying a penny and Cuba's internationalist volunteer medics and others are saving lives in the farthest corners of the world and assisting any nation in need of their help.

Cuba's internationalism flag is unfurled proudly and will be embracing 1000's of friends from around the world who are on their way to Cuba to be part of the march of the millions for the May Day celebrations.

A small group of us will be in Havana for May Day as well as taking part in the cultural Festival of Young Artists of Cuba, Romerias de Mayo, and will keep you posted upon our return.

That is why we would love you to please continue with your contributions towards Cuba Relief campaign by e-transfer to [email protected] where all the moneys collected are directly sent to Cuba. Up to this point we have sent and collected $8,980.00 and hope to reach $10,000 by the end of this month! Please pitch in:  A FRIEND IN NEED A FRIEND INDEED!
