Cuba Screens Saul Landau’s New Documentary on the Five

The documentary Will the Real Terrorist Please, Stand up! by US film maker Saul Landau was screened this Tuesday in Sancti Spiritus, central Cuba. It  shows interviews with the masterminds and executors of murderers and other actions aimed at overthrowing the Cuban revolutionary government.

According to Radio Sancti Spiritus website, the film pictures a 50-year period of terrorism against Cuba. It includes interviews with the masterminds and executors of murderers and other actions aimed at overthrowing the Cuban revolutionary government.

Notorious terrorists like Luis Posada Carriles, Orlando Bosch, José Basulto and Antonio Veciana give testimony on their many crimes and plans against Cuba under the direct support of the US government.

The audiovisual material tells the world about the cause of the five Cubans imprisoned on September 12th, 1998 for infiltrating terrorist organizations in south Florida to prevent criminal actions against the island.

The documentary features the valuable participation of Gerardo Hernandez, one of the Five, who explains from prison the Cuban point of view about terrorism as well as the injustices against his brothers.

It was shot in Miami, Washington and Havana and contains photos, documents and archive materials of great testimonial value.
