_ _ Antonio Guerrero, one of the five Cuban antiterrorists unjustly held in U.S. prisons, sent a congratulation message for the new year to Cuban youths, whom he described as the future of socialism.
"You are the vital force to defend and boost socialism," wrote Guerrero, who was sentenced to prison in the United States, like his companions, for monitoring Miami-based violent groups operating with impunity against his country. Convinced that youths should know how to fulfill their historic responsibility in such a crucial stage of the Revolution, in the light of such a convulsive and complex world, noted Guerrero, who was sentenced to 21 years and 10 month in prison, plus five years of supervised release. Guerrero addressed the letter to Liudmila Alamo, first secretary of the Young Communist League (UJC). "Hasta la Victoria Siempre!", Five big hugs, 'Long live the Revolution!, concluded the message, also sent on behalf of Gerardo Hernandez, Rene Gonzalez, Ramon Labanino and Fernando Gonzalez, who were arrested in 1998 in the United States.
