PhotojournalistTV - Chile's Past, Present and Future

This video "Chile's Past ,Present and Future" was created for the Alllende Arts Festival 2010 in Toronto Canada. It is my work as a photojournalist and filmmaker for the last 5 years in Latin America in particular my birth country of Chile. I was there for many historic moments in my countries history beginning with the Death of Augusto Pinochet the day I began work on my documentary "The Pacscua Lama Project" . Ending with a tribute to the 33 trapped miners in the mining town of Copiapo where I lived for most of my time while in Chile.

Since I didn't know my own countries history growing up in books or in school this was my way of understanding my countries history , my roots in practice. It is also a study of Chile's past , it's present and a look into its future through pictures.
